FAQs

1. What are credits?

Credits are the usage units that power Biznalyst’s AI agent.
Every interaction with the agent consumes credits. The number of credits used depends on:

  • The complexity of your question

  • The number of analysis tools involved

  • The amount of data the agent needs to process

Credit usage is shown in the Usage History section of your workspace.

2. Do credits expire?

Yes.
Credits are awarded each billing cycle and remain valid for two billing cycles:

  • Credits earned in the current cycle can be used immediately

  • Unused credits roll over once into the next cycle

  • Credits expire after the second cycle if not used

If your subscription is cancelled, all remaining credits are reset to zero.

3. Can I purchase additional credits?

Yes.
Biznalyst’s monthly credit allocation is generous and sufficient for typical usage. However, if you run out of credits:

  • You can purchase additional credit packs

  • These credits follow the same expiry schedule as regular monthly credits

  • Purchased credits appear immediately in your Usage History

4. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or, for Shopify users, through Shopify Billing. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund previously paid fees.

5. What happens after my free trial?

Your 15-day trial (up to 50 credits) allows you to fully explore Biznalyst.
Once the trial ends:

  • You will need to subscribe to continue using the platform

  • Any unused trial credits expire

  • Your data and workspace will remain intact once you upgrade
